At Sparkles Bakery, we take pride in our baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with your baked good, we will give you a store credit of what you spent and you can use on your next purchase.
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Sparkles Bakery requires a 4 day notice to cancel an order. A full refund will be given and refunded to the credit card used or put on a gift card for in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Failure to receive a 4 notice day for cancellation will result in a 25% fee that will be retained by Sparkles Bakery. This does not include cakes. (See Cake Policy below).
Product that is not picked up at the day and TIME customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit.
We require that all orders must be paid in full the day you get an invoice.
We require a two week notice for ALL orders placed unless I am fully booked already.
The cost of the cake tastings are non-refundable, and it will not be added to the order once placed. The tasting cost is only for the tasting.
All cakes must be cancelled one week in advance to receive a full refund. Failure to cancel within this time frame ensures that the customer will only receive 50% of the refund.
NO CASH REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.
There will be a $10.00 fee to any changes made to cake orders within 72 hours.
We are not responsible for any damages done to cakes that leave our bakery (house) when we are not delivering them.
If we have discussed a time and you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a charge of $10 every 15 minutes you are late.
